Justin was my driver and I cannot say enough positive things to truly describe how fantastic he was. He was highly professional, had great expertise, was true to his word, timely, cordial and very efficient and hard working. What is very clear is that he cares deeply and values the relationship aspect of the job. This also enables him to lead and have a crew that emulates those same attributes. Also the entire team at Champion - Brendan our sales person, Terri the agent who helped us - everyone was top notch! Would absolutely recommend them - my highest possible recommendation!

We recently moved interstate, from Roch., NY to the Burlington Vt. area. We contacted Champion based on recommendation from a neighbor and we were not disappointed! Brendan came to our home to review our house contents and provide an estimate. He was pleasant, cordial and clearly had a good deal of knowledge about the moving business. The estimate provided was very fair. We'd like to note that as the process moved forward Brendan was very helpful in answering our questions as to how to best prepare/pack various items. Terri, at Champion's office, was pleasant and communicated well around matters of contract and time lines for our move. She was always available to answer our questions. Fast forward to Move Day.... Justin and his crew arrived at the scheduled time. After introductions Justin began inventorying our belongings while crew members prepared the house by laying down floor protection throughout. They were a true TEAM in that they worked well together and seemed to intuitively know one of their mates need extra assistance. Justin's leadership was excellent and all demonstrated a high degree of professionalism! All worked quickly, efficiently and carefully. Several bulky and heavy items were moved and we noted no damage to our belongings or to our home. Two days later Justin and crew arrived at our Vt. home at the scheduled time. Again pains were taken to protect our new home and our possessions. The Vermont crew also worked very well together and were highly professional at all times. They exhibited great team work and had a great sense of humor. I'd been very concerned about the feasibility of moving a large work bench down a fairly narrow set of stairs to our basement. Justin and crew pulled this off quite smoothly while I watched in amazement. In summary we were extremely pleased with all aspects of our experience with Champion and strongly recommend that others consider them for their moving needs.

Justin R. and Peyton R. were absolutely exceptional! They packed my entire house with care and efficiency, then returned the next day to load everything into the truck for delivery—all within a week. Their customer service and the way they treated my belongings showed genuine care and empathy. I can’t say enough good things about these two and the company as a whole. Thank you!

I would like to extend my highest praise and appreciation to Rick Hussar for his exceptional service during my recent relocation from Georgia to New York. Having worked in logistics for over 15 years, I have encountered many professionals in the field, but Rick truly sets the bar at an unparalleled level. From the initial consultation his professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were nothing short of outstanding. He arrived on time, fully prepared, and managed every aspect of the move with precision and care. His meticulous packing and securing of my belongings, especially fragile items, ensured everything arrived safely. His organizational skills were evident as he worked swiftly without ever compromising quality. Beyond his technical expertise, Rick’s courteous and respectful demeanor stood out. He communicated clearly, addressed any concerns promptly, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, as someone with a deep appreciation for nature and travel, he took the time to introduce me to hidden gems and attractions within the New York state and surrounding areas , which was an invaluable gesture as this was my first time in the area. Thanks to Rick, what initially seemed like a stressful move turned into a seamless and stress-free experience. His hard work and dedication deserve the highest recognition. I highly recommend his services and sincerely appreciate Champion Moving and Storage for providing such exceptional customer service. For anyone in need of reliable and professional movers, their commitment to excellence is unmatched, and I will not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Champion/Allied moving. From the very beginning, the whole team made our move from Rochester, NY to Lexington, SC very easy. Starting with Brendan, who provided our estimate, he explained everything very well. There was no hard sell. There was simple honesty and great explanation and communication. Then we worked with Terri, who made sure we had everything we needed from beginning to end. She always made sure she didn’t leave us hanging, was extremely organized and again was a great communicator. Then let’s talk about the team that packed us up and moved us. Every one of the guys was really good. Nick led the team and had a great rapport with the guys, and had a great handle on what needed to be done and the best way to do it. He helped pack and move too! Bob clearly knows what he was doing and was great at not only packing things up and moving things in and out, but also worked really well with the rest of the team and helped direct them too. Justin helped pack and load too, and was also great. Everything made it to SC in perfect condition. Again the team, was led by Nick, who also drove. Bob was also with him. They took great care of us. They are a well oiled machine. I highly recommend them and would work with them again if necessary! Thank you for taking the stress out of our move. You were awesome!

I had a fantastic experience with Champion Moving & Storage! From start to finish, everything went smoothly and the pricing was very fair and cost-friendly. The team that delivered my belongings — Jake, Anthony, and Bryce — were absolutely awesome. They were professional, friendly, and handled everything with great care. They made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and affordable movers. Thank you again, Jake, Anthony, and Bryce, for doing such a great job!

5 Stars! Champion Moving and Storage in Brockport did an amazing job with my move from Ponte Vedra, FL to Buffalo, NY. Everything went super smooth, and Justin, the driver, was awesome — professional, hard-working, and really made the whole process easy. Terri the move coordinator is very helpful with any questions before and during the move. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 2nd time I’ve used them. Highly recommend!

Really excellent experience. We used to Champion to move to Rochester from out of state, and just finished our second move to another state. Easy to work with, everyone is super professional. Jake and crew did a great job on the move. They were careful with both our homes and our belongings. 2 interstate moves with this company, both excellent, highly recommend!
